Ingredients:2 ¼ cups vegetable stock
1 ½ cups whole wheat cous cous
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions:Combine stock, cous cous and salt in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and let simmer or about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add cilantro. Ready to serve! How easy was that?!
